These terms apply to the Zackary Miranda app. The app lets its owner post their own videos to their own TikTok account using TikTok’s Content Posting API. By connecting the app to a TikTok account, you agree to these terms.
This app is operated by Zackary Miranda. It is a personal app built for the owner’s own use. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok.
The app only accesses the TikTok account that the owner authorizes through TikTok’s official sign-in and authorization flow. It does not access any other account, and it does not collect or store the owner’s TikTok password.
The app posts only videos that the owner chooses. It does not post, edit, or delete content on its own, and it does not post anything the owner has not selected for posting.
The owner is responsible for the videos they choose to post, including making sure they have the rights to post them and that they comply with TikTok’s terms and community guidelines.
The app uses TikTok account access only as needed to post the owner’s chosen videos.
No user data is sold.
No user data is shared with third parties.
The owner can disconnect the app from their TikTok account at any time. This can be done in TikTok’s settings under connected apps, which revokes the app’s access immediately. Once disconnected, the app can no longer access the account or post on its behalf.
These terms may be updated from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the updated terms.
